  Bar staff was incredible. The manager was rude (ass) at the end of the evening. He is a bald male with a beard. Get rid of this guy if you want to build sales. I will spread the word!

  I went here on a Sunday, when happy hour is all day long. My guest and I ordered some Crown Royal which on the menu was listed at around 5 dollars during happy hour. I requested to have it on ice, and on the bill it came out to over 7 bucks each. The explanation I got was that "well thats is because you wanted it on the rocks, so you get a tiny bit more that way, that is just what we do here". They never told me it was going to be an upcharge to have it "on ice". Very irritating, I will not be going back here!

  I worked for 8 months and the Taps were never cleaned, not a pub for sure. Richmond Arms way better then this. Terrible management
