  Absolutely the worst BWW we've ever been to. The first time we went, it took almost an hour to get our food. I had to get up and refill our drinks myself, because the waitress was never around. Tonight we decided we'd give them another shot. After sitting there for 10 minutes without a greeting, let alone a drink, we left. They're completely unprofessional and obviously stop working at 10, despite closing at 2.

  Been here many times before from their grand opening until now with No issues.
  
  Management must have changed though.
  
  Terrible service. Waitress came only to get the order and the bill. Ignored us every time she came through.
  Auto charged 20%tip on table of four. Fifth person who arrived late had to go to the bar to get food and paid at the bar.
  Called next day to speak to management. I was then told they were too busy and the manager would call back. No call was sent.

  Excellent service at this BW3. I recommend the Meltdown Burger with Salt & Vinegar Fries if Wings are not your thing. The waitress at our table checked up on us frequently, even giving us to-go drinks (non-alcoholic only) on our way out. Overall a wonderful sports restaurant experience.

  The slowest service I've ever had at a restaurant. And it's not just a ONE TIME thing, it's literally every single time. Even if I order take out, it takes about an hour for them to make 12 wings. And it is not even like I ordered them at a busy time or come in at a busy time. It's just terrible service overall. I like the food so I keep coming back, but every time I do I regret it. I drive home angry. Sometimes I'm even sad.
