  Wrong order at drive through - couldn't get refund. I ordered a sausage egg biscuit-no cheese. They repeated my order when they handed it to me and that's what was on the receipt. I received a sausage biscuit with cheese. I was at school and couldn't go back. I returned it after school with the receipt. I told them what happened and that I wanted to return it. Their response-they were going to replaced it with the correct order. I didn't want a sausage egg biscuit at 3:15 in the afternoon. I wanted it for breakfast. I also don't want to save it and re-heat it later on - when ever I should happen to want one again. I just left. I ended up loosing $3.20. There's another McDonald's just down the road on the same side. Go to that one.

  Kids played in the music themed play area. There is a tree slide that they can climb in, and musical slide that plays piano music when they slide down and a guitar and xylophone to jump on that also makes music. The touch screen games entertained my older kids and the best part is the piano wall! My kids ages 1-11 had fun and I will now setting aside a day to go back each week.

  I came here recently with my daughter for lunch and didn't have a positive experience. I am giving a couple stars because this restaurant looks as if it recently had a complete makeover and actually looks really nice and modern on the inside. The kids play area is different than the usual tall slides and the younger kids are able to enjoy it.
  On my most recent visit I ordered myself a meal and my kid a kids meal. I waited at my table and I noticed after 15-20 minutes I still did not receive my order. I noticed others who ordered after me were already finish eating which surprised me. So I go up to the counter and no one was available to talk to. Then after another 5 minutes I ask an employee where my food was and he said "oh sh** I knew we forgot one". Eventually we got our food, ate, then left.
